From the Parkway East

• Take 376 West toward Pittsburgh

• Take Exit 5 toward Squirrel Hill/Homestead, bear left off of the exit towards Squirrel Hill

• At the light, make a Left onto Murray Avenue

• Stay on Murray Avenue through Squirrel Hill

• When you get to a T in the road, make a Left onto Wilkins Avenue

• Make the 2nd right off of Wilkins Avenue onto South Negley Avenue

• Follow South Negley Avenue until you reach Fifth Avenue

• Make a Left onto Fifth Avenue

• Make a Right onto S. Aiken Avenue

• Go through 2 lights, crossing over Elsworth Avenue

• Shadyside Place is on the left, there will be a blue sing out front. Turn into the driveway that is immediately before the blue sign. Compression Management Services is located in Suite 420 on the 4th Floor.

From the Parkway North

• Take 279 South toward Pittsburgh

• Take Exit 8A to 579 South toward Veterans Bridge

• Take the 7th Avenue/6th Avenue Exit

• Take the ramp towards Mellon Arena

• Turn Left onto Bigelow Blvd.

• Stay straight to go onto North Craig Street.

• Make a Left onto Centre Avenue

• Follow Centre Avenue to S. Aiken Avenue

• Make a Right onto S. Aiken Avenue, Shadyside Hospital will be on your right

• Follow S. Aiken Avenue past the hospital and over a small bridge

• Shadyside Place will be on your immediate right after you cross the bridge. Make a right into the driveway that is immediately past the blue Shadyside Place sign. Compression Management Services is located in Suite 420 on the 4th Floor.

From the Parkway West

• Take 279 North toward Pittsburgh

• Merge onto 376 East toward Monroeville via Exit 6A

• Take Exit 2A/Forbes Avenue into Oakland

• Follow Forbes Avenue through the University of Pittsburgh Campus towards Carnegie Mellon University

• Make a Left off of Forbes Avenue onto Morewood Avenue

• At the 2nd light, make a Right onto Ellsworth Avenue

• Make a Left onto S Aiken Avenue

• Shadyside Place will be directly on your Left. There will be a blue Shadyside Place sign out front; make a Left into the driveway right before the sign. Compression Management Services is located in Suite 420 on the 4th Floor.
