Bra Re-Order
If you are an existing Devoted to You guest and would like to
re-order your bras, please email us by clicking
here.
Please include the following in your email:
1. Please let us know if this will be an exact re-order, or if
there are changes from your previous order.
2. If there are changes, please include the changes in your email.
Example: I would like 2 bras in black instead of beige.
3. Include how you would like to receive your bras. You can choose
to come to our office for pick-up, or you can have the bras
shipped to you. Please note that the shipping fee is $15.00.
4. Let us know how your prescription will be sent to our office.
You can contact your physician’s office and have them fax a
prescription directly to us, or you can mail it to the office in
which you are seen.
NOTE: The Rx and shipping fee (if you choose shipping) need to be
received before we can distribute products.
