Compression Management Services / The Lymphedema Centers (CMS) is the largest and most experienced compression therapy center in Pittsburgh and Western Pennsylvania. CMS has six convenient locations and is recognized as the Pittsburgh area "Center of Excellence" by BSN JOBST, the leading manufacturer of compression garments.

CMS is accredited through the Board of Certification/Accreditation International (BOC) and PA Association of Medical Suppliers (PAMS). CMS is a member of the National Lymphedema Network and American Burn Association. CMS is a participating provider for all insurances including UPMC, Highmark BC/BS and Health America.
